Oh My . . .

June 7, 2018

I have a book project  . . . I'm sure I've told you lots of times.

And

I still read a LOT on my own.

Thanks to Abebooks I've discovered Norman Lewis.  I'd like to develop writing skill like his . . . wow.

Let's see, the two project books this week were:

 Do you remember reading this?

"The three laws of Robotics:

1) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2) A robot must obey orders given to it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3) A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law."

Oooh, that Isaac Asimov

and

Yes, Terry Pratchett.

Both excellent reads.

You can see we are "fishing" for readers of every level.

I am working from a terrific list of recommended books.

This is fun.

I started wondering about a few people of Faith.

I got a copy of The Life Story of Lester Sumrall.

It's surprising.

It's easy enough to read . . .  I'm on the first few chapters.

This story "tells it like it is" in the beginning . . . I have to stop to consider.

Wow.

 Lester Sumrall knew Smith Wigglesworth.

Now, That's a person i wish i could have seen in person.

Eventually a book about Mr. Wigglesworth will find itself in my hands.

Have any interesting books?

Or

Interesting topics?

Happy Reading!
